To our new team members — welcome aboard. The sky is not the limit; it is just the beginning.

EDCO Premier LLC — Aviation & Trucking Services. Prometheus Logistics Solutions — Boat & Marine Transportation. ADR Premier Holdings — Real Estate Holding & Development.

Three powerful brands. Three distinct industries. One unified vision of excellence, integrity, and growth. Together, we are not just building companies — we are building a legacy.

Each brand stands as a leader in its field, and together they form a vertically integrated enterprise that is debt-free, diversified, and driven by purpose.

EDCO Premier provides executive private jet allocation and full-service trucking freight solutions across Florida, Minnesota, and Texas.

Whether you need to move people or cargo, our team delivers seamless, reliable, and on-time service every time. Safety, precision, and professionalism are at the core of everything we do.

Since 1998, EDCO Premier has operated debt-free — a testament to disciplined financial management, strategic reinvestment, and an unwavering commitment to our clients and partners.

Twenty-five years of growth, resilience, and excellence. We are proud of where we have been and even more excited about where we are going.
